Empowering Growth
The Legends on our various programmes complete Growth Empowerment Modules
(GEMs), which equip them with the knowledge and practical skills they need to become competitive contributors to both the local and global economy.
All our Legends gain essential practical experience by starting their own microbusiness with expert help, eventually employing two others as well as themselves. This drives immediate personal empowerment and economic growth, as the snowball effect of education and empowerment begins rolling through their communities.
Before joining the programme I could not even work out the pricing on a cup of coffee. Now I run a successful business.
